 Our philosophy
The soil is the basic of food production and therefore basic of our live, basic also for the succes of BioFarmland. We have to take care of it. Therefore we work our soil ploughless and organic.
We want to produce organic WHOLE-foods after the princip of QUALITY before quantity. The aim are maximal yields in the point of view of sustainability. Yields, which can be acheived in long-term, where as soil fertility is maintained or even improved and without the use of mineral fertilisers. Our aim is a functioninng UNIT on different levels (social, ecological, economical). In nowadays environment of the leading individualism, we, as a family, want to stick together to a common goal, to create a place, where , where community and social live arises. We attach a high importance to the FAMILY as the smallest functionning unit in society.
We believe in the farming system as the most original an holy for body, soul and spirit.
With our work, we want to suport organic agriculture in Rumania an put a contribution to a sustainable development of the rising country.
